MUSASHI SLEEP RECOVERY is a night-time recovery supplement designed to optimise your recovery, by helping relieve restlessness and induce sleep*, as well as support muscle health during periods of rest. Scientifically formulated with branched chain amino acids, conditional amino acids, zinc, magnesium and passion flower, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to induce sleep, a vital aspect of muscle growth and recovery.
Directions

HOW: Serve size = 15g (1 level scoop). Adults: Add 1 serve to 250-300ml of cold water, stir until mixed and consume immediately.

WHEN: Take 1 serve daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
