DIRECTIONS

HOW: Serve Size = 9g (1 level scoop). Add 1 serve to 250-300mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.

WHEN: Take maximum 1 serve per day within 30 minutes prior to exercise or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
