What is the cost of delivery?
  • Standard shipping across Australia is $9.90.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $150 unless stated otherwise.
Which courier services do you use for delivery?

We use Australia Post and Star Track for shipping to all Australian customers. In some cases, an alternative courier company may be used if necessary.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
  • Orders received by 1:00pm (EST) are typically dispatched on the same day.
  • Other orders are dispatched on the next business day.
Are there delays in shipping during peak seasons or promotional events?

Yes, shipping times may experience delays during significant promotional events or peak seasonal periods like Black Friday or Christmas.

How can I track my delivery?
  • Once dispatched, the courier company will notify you via email and/or SMS with consignment tracking information.
  • The progress of your delivery can be tracked on the courier's website.
What is the delivery timeframe?
  • All orders are dispatched from Derrimut, Victoria, AUS.
  • Delivery notifications will be sent via email and/or SMS.
  • Check your courier consignment tracking for updates and estimated delivery times.
What if I encounter issues with delivery?

Contact us at customerservice@vitaco.com.au for assistance with courier tracking, delays, or other delivery issues.
We do not accept liability for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Where will my products be delivered?
  • Products will be delivered to the address provided in your order.
  • Ensure someone is present to accept delivery or provide a secure location.
  • Couriers require a signature for delivery, and deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
What are the warranties and liabilities for products?
  • All products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty products.
  • Other warranties are excluded, except those non-excludable in law.
Can I cancel my order?
  • Vitaco reserves the right to cancel orders under specific conditions.
  • Customers can cancel orders by contacting customerservice@vitaco.com.au before the order is picked/shipped.
  • Vitaco is not liable if the cancellation request cannot be fulfilled after payment and order release.
